Today I will share how you can lighten dark knees and elbows in just 1 week. This is the simplest and effective of all remedies.

Exfoliation-
Ingredients you will need-
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of rose water
Method-
1. Firstly in a bowl add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Mix them well to make a paste.
2. Now apply it on the dark areas and leave it for 5-6 minutes.
3. Now in the same bowl add 1 tablespoon of glycerin and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Now dip the half lemon into the glycerin and scrub it gently over the areas where you have put the paste. Gently scrub all over the affected areas for 6-8 minutes.
4. Now wash it with normal water.

Moisturisation-
Ingredients you will need-
1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel
2 tablespoon of almond oil
2 vitamin E capsules
Method-
1. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and store it in air tight container.
2. Apply this cream on the affected areas and leave it overnight.
