After the 15 days, your skin will look perfect and you will detoxify your whole body.

Tip: It would be good for you to have some supervision during this diet.
Here’s the menu for one week:
1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 glass of yogurt, 2 biscuits
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, lettuce, 2 biscuits
Lunch: 1boiled egg, 1 orange, 2 biscuits, a glass of buttermilk
Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 toast, 1 tomato (or 1 dl of tomato puree), 1 cup of coffee or tea
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, a glass of sour milk, lettuce
Dinner: 125 g meat, 1 toast, 1 orange, and 1 cup of tea
Lunch: 125 g of fresh cow cheese, with a little modest fat, 1 tomato, 1 toast
Dinner: 125 g minced meat, 1 toast, 1 apple, 2 tomatoes
Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat, or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast
Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables, 1 egg, 1 tomato.
During the weekend you can eat everything, only moderately.
If you are not satisfied with the result, repeat the diet from the beginning.
