THE ONE WEEK DIET PLAN

Day 1

This is a fruit day. You should only eat fruits throughout the whole day, i.e. for breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything is allowed except bananas.

You can choose papayas, apples, pineapples etc.

Day 2

This is the vegetables day. During this day, you should eat vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Begin the day with some cooked potatoes so that the carbs can breakdown throughout the day.

You should have vegetables that are abundant in fiber such as broccoli and beans. Eat them in a salad, a soup or steamed.

Day 3

This is a fruit and vegetables day. You should make a combination of fruits and vegetables for this day, but once again avoid bananas and potatoes.

Day 4

Today is milk and bananas day only. You can eat up to 10 bananas and 3 glasses of milk.

Day 5

This is the cheat day, or meat day. You can eat lean meat on this day, something lie fish fillets or lean chicken and you can add up to 8 tomatoes as well.

You should drink a lot of water today, anywhere from 12 to 15 glasses in order to encourage the removal of uric acid produced by the body because of the meat.

Day 6

Red meat and vegetables day. For lunch, you can eat cooked red meat of your choice and eat as many vegetables as you want or can.

Day 7

Today is rice and vegetables day. You can eat cooked brown rice for lunch mixed with some steamed vegetables of your choice.

On this day, you are allowed to eat only one potato and consume fresh fruit or veggie juices.
